1. Q: I don’t see my year/make/model in your drop-down list. How can I make sure I order the correct size?

A: Give us a call at 833-295-6257, or email us through our contact page. We try to have every year/make/model, but sometimes one sneaks past us. We will help you find the right size and fix the site as soon as it comes to our attention.

2. Q: I have aftermarket wheels. How do I know that your locks will fit?

A: Most aftermarket wheels have a lug opening that is 1 inch or larger – although there are the rare ones that do not. Our aftermarket Advanced Wheel Locks have a removal tool that is .97” in diameter – the same size as a US quarter coin. As long as a quarter clears the hole your lug nut goes in, our aftermarket sizes will fit your application. Make sure to check your fitment before ordering!

3. Q: I have a European car that takes a lug bolt instead of a lug nut. Will you have something for my application?

A: Yes, soon! We have a patent pending on our bolt designs, and are finalizing the design and manufacturing. We hope to be in production mid-2024.

4. Q: I have a Tesla/Rivian and do not see my vehicle in the drop down list. Why do you not have something for my vehicle?

A: We will soon. Tesla & Rivian take a M14x1.5 conical seat lug nut. However, they all have narrower holes for their lugs than the other vehicles with that size, combine that with a capped wheel and none of our current selections for that size fit. We are heading for production with a narrower pass-through lug that will fit your factory EV wheels.

5. Q: I see that the item I want is out of stock. How long will it be before they are back in stock?

A: All of our products are made locally in the Chicagoland area. While we try to not run out, sometimes the demand outpaces our supply. Like many other business, we are facing the challenges that supply chain shortages have brought. We try our best to keep the website updated, but if you have questions, us a call at 833-295-6257. We can let you know when the approximate ETA on getting the parts back in stock will be.

6. Q: Where are your products made?

A: From our packaging to our parts, we are 100% proudly made in the USA!

7. Q: I own a set of Advanced Wheel Locks and have lost my key! What do I do?

A: Give us a call at 833-295-6257. We will need to verify your order and your key code. Your key code information will be in the insert that was inside of your Advanced Wheel Locks box. It is always a good idea to register your set with the QR code provided in the insert.

8. Q: How many key codes are there? Will my key code be the only one made?

A: One of the security features of Advanced Wheel Locks is that we can produce infinite key patterns. Because we are a small business, we run smaller batches, allowing us to continually change the key patterns. With over 34 different sizes and more on the way, the size and patterns of keys are ever expanding. The chance of a thief knowing what size/style/pattern of key you have is slim to none. We also will never sell a key to someone who does not have a verifiable order. There are no master key sets for sale either. We take the security of your locks very seriously.

9. Q: I’ve lost a lug and need a replacement. What do I do?

A: Give us a call at 833-295-6257. While we can recreate our keys at any time for a replacement, lugs are another story. Once we retire a pattern, we no longer keep it in production. This means that after a while, we might not have your key pattern available, and you will have to order a new set.
