Exchange, Return & Price Adjustment Policy

We want you to be happy with your Advanced Wheel Locks purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make exchanges & returns easy.

Returnable Items

Please fill out a return/exchange form using the link at the bottom to request a exchange or return. Our staff will review your request, and if eligible will provide you with a return authorization slip. All returning products must be accompanied by a return authorization slip to be eligible for refund or exchange. Items are thoroughly inspected by us for problems once received. Refunds are only issued upon receipt, and if the item(s) is determined to qualify as a return. We will gladly accept the return of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues. Packages damaged in transit must be noted immediately.

Non Returnable Items

Used items cannot be returned, only warranty replaced. Lug nuts or bolts cannot be returned for any reason if they show any signs of use. Examples of use are: once a lug nut or bolt is mounted to the rim, or is bolted to a hub.

Unwanted Items

Unwanted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping on Exchanges and Returns

There is no refund for any shipping charges on returned items. Actual cost of shipping will be removed from refunds on items with free shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping on both returns and exchanges.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.


Getting a Price Adjustment

If an item you’ve purchased has gone down in price, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date.

Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren’t eligible for a price adjustment unless you used only a free shipping discount. See the specific promotion for details.

NOTE: “Final sale” items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment, such as the credit card you used.
