Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer shipping via FedEx & USPS to the continental United States. The processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. Please be advised that high volume times may result in longer processing times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after your order has shipped.

If you prefer a different shipper, such as UPS, please call to arrange this before ordering. Shipping charges are different for each shipping company.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If we have sent you a tracking number, and it shows that it is lost in the system, please give us a call. We can open an investigation with tr carrier to try to find and re-route the package to you.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to unsecured locations.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our facility and are handed over to the shipping company.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
Backordered Items
In the event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available.
International Shipping
International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International. These may encounter custom duty fees or VAT. These fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which are determined by Custom’s Law in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any fees or duties incurred.

Advanced Wheel Locks will be closed on the following days. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
